The Qube Learning Team is structured into six core departments: Finance, Data & MI, Business Services, Operations (including Quality & Compliance), Learning & Development and Human Resources.

Leading those areas are our Executive and Senior Management Teams who have a range of skills and experience. It is their role to sustain the quality and commercial success of the company as well as keep the organisation developing in the right direction.

Qube Learning provide training nationally, and to support this, we have a North and South Operations Team of Skills Tutors, delivering coaching and learning in Business Services, Health & Social Care, Hospitality, Retail and Warehousing & Logistics. We also have dedicated Learning Support Specialists to support with our learners' Functional Skills qualifications. Quality & Compliance also sits within this department and ensures that we drive continuous improvement in all aspects of quality assurance across all business functions.

Our Learning & Development function is responsible for the delivery of our Higher-Level Elite Apprenticeships as well as our colleague and learner-facing e-learning products, qualification design and all internal training to ensure the continuous improvement of the learner journey.

The Business Development Team is split into two areas: the Learner & Employer Engagement Team whose role it is to maximise marketing opportunities who use their experience and expertise to guide existing and future clients through the Apprenticeship Reforms, and the Traineeship and 16-18 Apprentice Delivery Team, who support the progression of learners from pre-employment programmes through to Apprenticeship.

Our newly refurbished Head Office is based in Abingdon, near Oxford. The Data/MI, Finance and Human Resources Teams are based here.

Our Data Team ensure that all learner data is processed accurately and within the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding rules and that Management Information is utlised appropriately to bring about a high quality service to all our stakeholders.
